  1. By using the pre-order service on this website, you agree to use electronic documents as a means of expressing intent.
  2. The company reserves the right to accept or decline orders. If unforeseen
    circumstances such as natural disasters or emergencies prevent us from fulfilling your order, we will contact you via phone, email, or the order message system on the website.
  3. After completing your order and payment on this website, you may cancel your order within three (3) days, subject to applicable handling fees. Changes to order details, including items or quantities, are not permitted. If you wish to modify
    your order, please cancel the original order before shipment and place a new one.
  4. Please ensure that the information you provide (e.g., phone number, email, delivery address) is accurate. The company is not responsible for any issues or damages resulting from incorrect or
    incomplete information.

Products are non-refundable after shipment, except in cases of significant defects. To protect your rights, we recommend recording a video while unboxing the package to verify the condition of the product. If the product is damaged, scratched, or the packaging is incomplete due to non-human factors or shipping issues, please contact our customer service team on the day of receipt for assistance.

For returns or exchanges due to significant defects, please provide the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Name and contact number
  3. Reason for return or exchange
  4. Video showing the product issue

Once your order is placed, please complete payment within the specified timeframe of your chosen payment method. Orders are queued for processing only after payment is confirmed. Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after the payment deadline.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Within 3 Business Days (Excluding Weekends and Public Holidays):
    You may cancel your order by sending an email to us by 3:00 PM on business days. A cancellation fee of 5%–30% of the order value will apply, and refunds will be processed within 30 days via bank transfer or credit card reversal.
  2. After 3 Business Days (Excluding Weekends and Public Holidays):
    If the order is canceled after three (3) business days, a cancellation fee of 10%–80% of the order value and logistics costs will apply, as the product may already be in production. Refunds will be processed within 30 days via bank transfer or credit card reversal.
